Building a new house either on your existing site or on a new plot can seem like a steep mountain to climb. Ninety45 enjoy building new homes and testing themselves on even the most complex structures. Without exception if an architect or designer can detail it then Ninety45 can build it.
Ninety45 can act purely as your client project manager or become your builder on a fix price or an ‘open book’ basis depending on how detailed the design documents are and how the client feels.
