Epsom Villa

Completed in 2018 Ninety45 totally transformed this grand Epsom villa.

This project included a full demolition, reconfiguration of the existing house layout and a large extension at the rear of the site, new landscaping, deck and a fantastic fireplace looking out to the pool making it a fabulous family home.

Paying homage to the villas roots a lot of the traditional features remain complimented by some great paint, tile and cabinetry finishes this house oozes charm.

We are proud to say this home won Silver at the 2020 Registered Master Builders House of the Year awards for the Auckland region.
