Ninety45 were contracted to undertake the renovation of this original Remuera Bungalow. The existing home was completely gutted and reconfigured with the addition of a second living space and bathrooms. The home was also lifted to complete basement excavations for the new double garage. Exterior landscaping included new wrap around deck, seating, concrete paths and retaining. A bespoke concrete bench with recessed bbq and fireplace complete the outdoor entertaining area. The large stacking wooden joinery allows the outside in connecting the interior and exterior living spaces seamlessly.
